When an alarm activates, seconds matter. Paladin's customers are backed by UL/FM Approved Central Station Monitoring around the clock, every day of the year. Trained Operators verify signals, dispatch the Fire Department or Police, and notify your designated contacts immediately — so your facility is protected even when no one is on site. We handle account setup, testing, and ongoing supervision for Fire Alarm, Intrusion, and Elevator monitoring.

Inspections & Testing – Fire Alarm, Sprinkler & System Compliance

Code-required Inspections don't have to be a headache. Paladin's Certified Technicians perform NFPA-Compliant Testing and Inspections for Fire Alarm Systems, Sprinkler Monitoring, Backflow Prevention, Kitchen Suppression, and more — documented in detailed reports you can hand directly to your AHJ or Insurance carrier. We track your Inspection Schedule for you, coordinate access with your Staff, and correct any deficiencies we find before they become citations.

BDA / In-Building Emergency Communications – First Responder Radio Coverage

New construction materials and below-grade spaces can block the Radio Frequencies that First Responders depend on — putting your occupants and their rescuers at risk. Paladin designs and installs UL-Listed Bi-Directional Amplifier (BDA) Systems that boost Public Safety Radio Coverage throughout your building, from parking garages to stairwells. We handle the RF Site Survey, AHJ coordination, permit package if applicable, installation, and the Annual Testing required to keep your Certificate of Occupancy current.
