On the Project
Our project managers carry the job from award through closeout: submittals, permit, rough-in coordination with the electrical contractor, programming, acceptance testing with the fire marshal, O&M manuals, as-builts and owner training.

We are set up for it — certified payroll, prevailing-wage rates, bid bonds and the documentation that goes with publicly funded construction in Ohio.
